Seeking a nanny with an extremely strong background in household management to support a busy mom in running the home and sharing care responsibilities for an infant.
Family Profile:
●The family has four young children, though the older three will be in full-time school. The infant will be with the nanny the majority of the day with some tag-teaming with mom.
●Position begins August 11.
●Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
●They are seeking a nanny who is reliable, hard-working, nurturing, proactive, organized, authentic, trustworthy, kind, patient, and an effective communicator.
●This is a team-oriented role where you’ll frequently work alongside the mom to help manage the household and support the family’s daily routines.
●Required skills and qualities include strong household management, excellent time management, and a collaborative mindset.
●Applicants must have several years of in-home nanny experience with young children.
● The family is not open to caregivers bringing additional children.
●Must be comfortable with a sweet, friendly dog in the home.
Things to know:
● Start date: August 11
●Pay rate: $25 per hour
●Seeking a nanny who understands the challenges of managing a household with young children.
●A car will be provided for use during working hours.
● The nanny will be required to stay overnight approximately once per quarter.
●This role includes travel with the family to destinations such as the beach, lake, and international trips for about one month per year. The family is looking for someone open to longer travel in the future.
● Responsibilities include helping with transporting children to and from preschool, family laundry, running errands, assisting with meal prep, tidying the home, and anticipating the needs of a busy household.
●Looking for a team player who can handle the complexities of managing a busy home.
●CPR certification is required before the start date.
●The family has a weekly house cleaner.
●A minimum one-year commitment is expected.
