Looking for a reliable and professional nanny to provide childcare and household management for a family of five in their home in Greenville, SC 29605.
Family Profile:
● They have 3 children (5, 3, and newborn).
● Start date of as soon as possible, but want the very best fit.
● Consistent coverage needed Monday through Friday, 1pm-7pm and 4 mornings a month (2 hours max for daycare drop-offs done by 8am)
● Position is a combination of Household Management and Childcare. Two hours each day will be devoted solely to household management tasks before picking children up from nearby daycare.
●Family is looking for a nanny/house manager to help optimize family time by taking much of the to-do list items of running a busy household off their plate. Their desire is to spend as much quality time with the children as possible outside of their demanding work schedules.
● They are not open to any additional children being watched along with their theirs.
● The dad will be working from home most days.
● Must be okay with 1 sweet dog.
Things to know:
● Start date of ASAP
● Rate of pay of $30 an hour paid through payroll with W-2 issued.
● The family has an SUV reserved for the nanny if necessary or will pay mileage if their own vehicle is used.
● Desire a nanny who is reliable, has a love for children, professional, detail-oriented task-tackling work ethic, ownership mindset of household management, enjoyment of fun and educational opportunities for children (zoo,
library, science center, museum, park, etc.).
● The nanny will not be required to travel or stay overnight. There may be an opportunity to stay overnight for additional compensation on rare occasions.
● Looking for a minimum of a one-year commitment when hired by the family.
● Nanny must be CPR certified prior to start date
●Clear background check and driving report is mandatory.
● Paid vacation days, sick days, and six paid major holidays.
