OPEN Position: 182- Full Time Nanny and Household Manager in Piedmont, SC 29673
Looking for an experienced household manager & nanny to work in the family’s home in Piedmont, SC 29673.
Family Profile:
● They have two girls (ages 9 & 3yrs old)
● Start date of June or July- flexible for the right person
● Need coverage M-Th, 8am-5pm
● Nanny must have initiative. Needs to learn their needs & preferences and then doesn’t need explicit and detailed instructions everyday. It’s someone who can be attentive & anticipate what needs to be done & do it (for both the house & children).
● Skills needed: Care for preschooler, school pick-ups, errands, grocery store, dishwasher, laundry, generally tidying up and anticipating what is needed.
● They are not open to any additional children being watched along with their child.
● They do not have pets in their home.
Things to know:
● Start date of June or July
● Rate of pay of $26-30 an hour, based on experience.
● Desire a nanny who has reliability, engagement with children & invested in their growth & development, someone who takes initiative in the house management duties, someone who functions as an extension of the parents
● Looking for a minimum of a one year commitment when hired by the family, but ideally this is two year position.
● Nanny must be CPR certified prior to start date
● Dad will be working from home often.
● Will need to have a reliable car for transporting children and helping with errands.
● No travel is required, but will need help overnight on occasion when parents travel 1-2x a month.
General Schedule
-7:45a Parents drop 9 yr. old at school
-8-8:45a 3 yr. old breakfast & school prep
-8:45 3 yr. old school drop off (very close to house)
-9 -12:30pm House manager tasks/errands
-12:45pm 3 yr. old school pick-up
-1-2:15pm 3 yr. old quiet time
-2:15-2:30pm 9 yr. old school pick-up (5min away)
-3-5pm - Afterschool chores/homework/playtime
