Looking for an outstanding nanny and household manager to provide care in the family’s home in Greenville, SC 29605.
Family Profile:
● They have 4 children (ages 9, 6, 4 & 4)
● Start date of Feb 19
● Need coverage Monday-Friday 10:30-6:30pm (40 hours)
●Looking for a nanny who is engaging, nurturing, self-assured, organized, and thoughtful.
● Nanny needs to be someone who does what is needed without being asked and truly wants to help make their lives easier.
● Only looking for applicants who have multiple years of in-home nanny experience with children until the age of 10.
● They are not open to any additional children being watched along with theirs.
● Must be okay with 2 labradoodles.
● They view their nanny as a family decisionmaker, who has the ability to shape the children's lives.
Things to know:
● Start date of Feb 19
● Rate of pay of $20-$27 hourly, based on experience.
● Responsibilities: laundry, school pick-up at preschool and elementary school, meal-prep daily, errands, tidying-up (have a housecleaner).
● Looking for a minimum of a one-year commitment when hired by the family, but ideally much longer.
● Minivan & gas provided for nanny while working.
● The nanny has 2.5 hours daily in the home without children to do household management tasks.
● Nanny must be CPR certified prior to start date and have the flu shot.
● Family offers PTO and 7 paid major holidays.
